Vienna Eggnog Tea - Flavoured Black Tea with all-natural flavours. Just like the real thing. Rum notes with a sweet caramel and light cinnamon ginger finish. Luxury ingredients: Black tea, cinnamon, ginger pieces, clove.

German Gingerbread Tea - Lusciously ginger and sweet cinnamon. Think of Christmas markets in Hamburg and the aromas, the laughter and enjoyment. Luxury Ingredients: Black Tea, ginger, cinnamon, cocoa beans, safflower, chamomile petals, star anise, natural flavours.

 

BLACK HOUSE BLENDS

Lady Elise - Inspiration for this special blend actually comes from Lady Kimberly's favourite motion picture titled 'Somewhere in Time', from 1977, filmed at the Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island, Michigan with actress Jane Seymour and Actor Christopher Reeve.

Lady Evylin - Created in honour of a very special customer, her name was Lady Evylin Patricia Stroud. Custom blended with her favourite two loose-leaf teas, Lavender and Earl Grey.

Windsor Castle Blend - Light bodied cup with food flavour, traditionally served in the Royal Household. An English Favourite.

 

BLENDED BLACK

Czar Nicholas Russian Caravan - Perfect tea for a dinner party with just a hint of Lapsang Souchong. Just a whisper...popular with the "coffee" drinkers.

Moroccan Madness - Mellow mint blended black tea. "Malt and Flavour" with some strength, and a cool accent of peppermint.

Vanilla Chai - Blended black Masala Chai. Creamy Madagascar vanilla notes dance with tingling Malabar Coast spices. A lively ginger finish is accentuated by candy cardamom. 

Irish Breakfast - Full-bodied cup. Strength and malt flavour of Assam, combined with the brightness and lively exchange of the best "Kenya" tea.

 

ENGLISH FAVOURITES

English Breakfast - A perfect breakfast tea with good body and full of flavour. Certainly, a traditional favourite. 

Scottish Breakfast Tea - Malt, a full-bodied character with bright flavour notes and hints of cask oakness. A bracing burley highlander's cup of tea. 

Coronation Blend - A delightful cup that is full-flavoured, with a hint of muscatel and honey-like chamomile.

Buckingham Palace Garden Party - Delicate Earl Grey and jasmine notes. Bright, with a touch of golden coppery colour. Perfect for afternoon settings.

Lady Londonderry - Hints of strawberry and lemon make this a perfect afternoon tea in the garden. Certainly, one of Lady Kimberly's favourites. 

Dorian Grey - Sweet caramel ticklers come to the fore and finish with haunting Earl Grey. Have you seen the motion picture?

Cream Earl Grey - Simply a must for the avid Earl Grey tea drinker. Our flavour Earl Grey mellowed with a delicious creamy taste. An excellent all day tea, with a superb finish.

Baroness Grey - Excellent Earl Grey notes, accented with piquant lemon peels, rose petals, cornflower and citrus.

 

FLAVOURED BLACK

Earl Grey - An unbelievable aroma. The correct balance of flavouring with oil of bergamot that results in a piquant and refreshing taste. Shall we say, 'traditionally speaking'?

Vanilla Cream - A delicious synergy between excellent high mountain-grown tea, rich fresh vanilla, along with a lovely cream character. Enjoy a cup of 'decadence'.

Monks Blend - Blended with natural flavour oils of vanilla and grenadine which impart a smooth, unique heavenly flavour. Certainly, a must have. Amen!

Strawberry - One of the most delicious flavoured teas you have ever tasted, truly like fresh strawberries. Add just a pinch of sugar or try it at home, on ice. Terrific, why wait for the strawberry season?

Blueberry - Excellent hot or cold, perhaps cool iced tea at home, serve with a pinch of sugar. Well-liked in Europe as a healthy beverage because of it's antioxidant properties.

Chocolate Mint - Fresh lovely mint, combined with full flavoured chocolate tea that is wonderfully reminiscent of an after-dinner mint. My goodness, how decadent!

Chocolate - This tea blends the flavour of chocolate and tea in such a way that is quite simply divine. Need we say more?

Dark Chocolate - Memories of 'when no one is actually around'. Deep and delicious, rich with astringency. Delicious with strawberry jam sandwiches.

LeMarche Spice - An excellent spiced tea, tending cinnamon, hot, with delicious fruit notes.

Pumpkin Spice - Notes of cinnamon and pumpkin abound. This cuppa is like the 'nip' in the air during Northern autumns. Ask Lady Kimberly about how to prepare her favourite root vegetable dish, using this seasonal tea.

Brandied Apple - This tea has a delicious astringency and Macintosh-like caramelized apple hints. 

Maple Cream - Exquisite maple tea with sweet caramel flavour notes, and a twist of creamy smoothness. 

Sasi Hot Ginger - Thailand is known for the hottest ginger on the planet. We've brought it together with superb high grown tea. Fresh biting finish.

Orange - Reminiscent of mild and flavourful Florida ripe plump oranges. Get ready for a taste sensation. 

Cranberry - Full flavoured and pungent with a saucy cranberry character. Enjoy it iced with real cranberry taste. 

Cherry - Deep cherry flavour tending on the sweet side. Just a dash of sugar, which combined with the natural flavourings, enhances the taste. Get creative, blend with one of our chocolate teas. 

Rose - Think of a bouquet of fresh stems. This tea captures the subtleties of rose incredibly well. A real standout in the crowd. Fabulous over ice! Take some home if you dare!

 

ESTATE BLACK

MIM - Darjeeling - 2nd Flush - A delicate cup with the distinctive 'muscatel' character notes. This tea is perfect for an afternoon tea party. May we suggest a particular establishment we could recommend?

Tarajulie - Assam - 2nd Flush - A thick full-bodied tea with a good malt flavour. Certainly a prized 'All Day Cuppa'.

 

FINE GROUND GINGER

Ginger Pieces - Memories of fresh ginger root, piquant, spicy and fruit 'hot'. Refreshing, clean taste to the palate. Be not afraid to add this to a savoury dish, maybe a veggie stir-fry.

 

HERBAL TEA

Ginger Pieces - Excellent clean ginger notes with a refreshing ginger hot finish. Clean lingering character. Many claim ginger will ease cold symptoms. Nice addition to savoury dishes...stir-fry perhaps?

Peppermint - Toast of the Willamette Valley. Pungent, cool, fresh, menthol.

Egyptian Chamomile - Fruity and floral. Somewhat like freshly picked apples. Note: used in Victorian Europe, as a room freshener.

Chamomile Mint - Full flavoured and refreshing, with superb Washington mint highlights. Delightful lingering finish.

Lemongrass - Simply sweet lemon taste profile. Often used in teas to impart a lemon character without the tangy flavour. Lemon scent with ginger undertones.

Lavender - Mild with distinctive floral perfume and slight pungency. Luxury lavender blossoms. 

Rose Petals - Light floral notes and pleasant lingering finish. Luxury natural dried rose petals. 

Rose Hip - Sweetbriar or Eglantine Herbal - Mild and fruity with slight pungency (tangy) and sweet pear notes. Note: B-Complex and rich in vitamins A, D and E.

 

CAFFEINE FREE FRUIT & HERBAL

Cranberry Apple - Bold, bright, full-flavoured, cranberry softened with apple, slightly tart. 

Angel Falls Mist - Wildly exotic strawberry and lemon character. Just a pinch of sugar boosts the profile. Makes a terrific herbal hea, as a hot or cold brew.

Bella Coola - A predominant orange character with a lovely sweetness of pineapple flavour.

Hibiscus - Very tangy, almost tending to be sour. Refreshing with lingering palate-cleansing notes. Rich in Beta Carotene, vitamin A, and vitamin C.

 

GREEN

Sencha Kyoto Cherry Rose Festival - The cherry flavouring and subtle rose hints give this tea a wonderful exotic character. Simply Enchanting.

Lemon Green - Pleasant blend of tart lemon wh the sweetness of green tea. Makes excellent iced tea. 

Japanese Sencha - Tending light liquoring, smooth with reasonable depth and body. Our finest green sencha available in pure form.

Pomegranate Hibiscus - Tart with floral highlights. Cleansing and highly refreshing cup. They wer made for each other. 

Formosa Gunpowder - Green tea with a surprising body and captivating 'green tea' taste. Note: Tea bushes were planted in Taiwan over 300 years ago.

 

WHITE

Tangiers Lemon White - Exquisite lemon notes. Note: White tea is pure, with no pan firing, steaming or fermentation. Contains a high polyphenol count.

 

ROOIBOS

LeMarche Spice Rooibos - Cinnamon spice blend gives this rooibos a wonderful spicy taste. Note: The fermentation process turns the leaves from green to deep red. 

Provence Rooibos - Flavourful with a floral and fruity bouquet. Perfume Lavender notes. Inspired by the Joie de Vivre of France. 

White Swiss Truffle Rooibos - Exquisite sweet chocolate explodes at the first sip and tidbits of mint meander throughout the brew. Well deserved full 'Ahhh' finish. 

Nutcracker - Clara's Night Out. Holiday marzipan notes with a sweet finish. Delightfully smooth and refreshing. Especially seasonal. 

Sunshine Lemon - The lemon invigorates the rooibos taste. Simply wonderful hot or iced. Try some at home. Note: The fermentation process turns leaves from green to deep red. 

Belgian Chocolate - Velvety chocolate smoothness, with decadent notes of chocolate truffle. Note: The fermentation process turns leaves from green to deep red.

 

OOLONG

Oolong Sweet Watermelon - What can we say? Ripe, juicy sunset pink, thirst-quenching, real! Simply does not get any better than this. 

 

CHAI

Night of the Iguana - Seasonal Malabar coast spices and sweet caramel notes come to the fore with a sensuous Belgian Chocolate finish.
